Platform Terms
This document explains how participation inside PVERSE is expected to work across accounts, mining systems, internal balances, guilds, marketplaces, crypto-native payment flows, trust-based controls, and evolving platform systems.
Overview
PVERSE is an evolving online platform built around account-based participation, persistent mining gameplay, internal economic systems, internal trading, guild structures, anti-abuse controls, and other platform functions that may expand or change over time.
The Platform may include:
- mining, refining, processing, and selling systems
- internal balances and balance classes
- guilds, guild treasuries, seasonal leadership, and contribution systems
- internal marketplace functions
- trust score, anti-bot, and behavioral review systems
- internal storage, deposit, yield participation, collateral recognition, internal borrowing capacity, and repayment logic
- crypto-native payment and participation flows
- experimental, staged, or limited-release features
PVERSE may update, rebalance, suspend, reset, restrict, delay, remove, replace, or discontinue any feature, rule, or platform system at any time.
Participation
You should only use the Platform if doing so makes sense in your own environment and participation context.
PVERSE may restrict or remove access where participation appears to involve:
- fraud
- abuse
- harmful manipulation
- deceptive conduct
- platform disruption
Accounts
Certain Platform features require an account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information where required
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- maintaining the security of your device, browser, recovery information, and authentication tools
- activity that occurs through your account unless clearly caused by a platform-side fault
You may not:
- sell, lease, transfer, or share your account without permission
- impersonate another person, entity, project, or official PVERSE channel
- create accounts for abuse, manipulation, farming, evasion, or fraud
- operate multiple accounts for abusive or deceptive purposes
PVERSE may require additional integrity review, recovery review, security review, or payment review at any time.
Account Security and Recovery
PVERSE may use passwords, passkeys, recovery codes, one-time verification methods, session protections, device continuity checks, trust scoring, risk scoring, behavioral review systems, or other security measures.
You are responsible for storing your credentials and recovery information securely.
PVERSE may suspend, delay, freeze, review, or restrict access where suspicious activity, abnormal login behavior, recovery abuse, account compromise, payment abuse, or integrity risk is suspected.
PVERSE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to every authentication, recovery, or verification mechanism.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- use bots, scripts, automation, crawlers, macros, or emulators unless expressly allowed
- attempt to bypass trust systems, anti-bot systems, security systems, access controls, rate limits, payment review, or platform enforcement
- exploit bugs, unintended mechanics, loopholes, race conditions, pricing errors, or settlement errors
- manipulate marketplace listings, internal balances, guild systems, rankings, treasury flow, voting systems, or rewards
- engage in wash trading, false volume, fake activity generation, self-dealing, collusion, or deceptive market behavior
- use the Platform for abusive, fraudulent, criminal, deceptive, harmful, violent, hateful, harassing, or exploitative purposes
- interfere with infrastructure, user experience, or platform stability
- reverse engineer, probe, attack, overload, or disrupt the Platform
PVERSE may investigate and respond to suspected abuse at its sole discretion.
Platform Features and Evolving Systems
PVERSE may include or later introduce systems such as:
- mining, refining, processing, and in-platform sales
- internal items, resources, tools, and cosmetics
- Liquid PVR, Locked PVR, allocated balances, restricted balances, or other balance classes
- guild treasuries, seasonal leadership, voting systems, karma-weighted influence, and collective participation systems
- internal marketplaces and user-to-user exchange systems
- trust score, account integrity, anti-bot, and behavioral review systems
- internal storage, deposit, yield participation, collateral recognition, borrowing capacity, repayment obligations, or related systems
- affiliate, referral, or participation-linked systems
- payment-gated, access-gated, or crypto-settled features
Any feature may be modified, delayed, restricted, reset, suspended, reclassified, removed, or replaced at any time.
Nothing in the Platform guarantees continued access to any specific feature, mechanic, reward rate, treasury logic, voting rule, internal banking function, or balance treatment.
Virtual Assets, Internal Balances, and Platform Value
The Platform may display internal balances, contribution values, treasury values, marketplace values, reward balances, or other internal measures.
These internal values are part of platform operation and may change over time.
PVERSE may distinguish between different balance classes, including balances earned directly through in-platform activity and balances allocated, restricted, delayed, or governed by platform rules.
Access to and treatment of any balance may depend on account standing, trust status, anti-abuse review, participation conditions, seasonal conditions, payment status, or other platform rules.
Mining, Rewards, and Progression
Mining outputs, resource yields, progression rates, reward logic, drop rates, refining outcomes, and access conditions may change over time.
PVERSE does not guarantee any particular reward, progression level, yield, rank, item, balance amount, or advantage.
Progression may be affected by gameplay, participation, eligibility, account standing, trust review, anti-abuse rules, seasonal resets, or balance changes.
Guilds, Treasuries, and Seasonal Structures
The Platform may permit guild creation, guild participation, treasury systems, seasonal leadership, contribution scoring, voting systems, karma-weighted influence, and related group mechanics.
Guilds are user-organized structures within the Platform. Internal guild decisions, member disputes, leadership disputes, and treasury allocation choices may remain within guild-side operation unless platform intervention is required.
PVERSE may impose system-level rules on guild creation, treasury timing, seasonal access, leadership conditions, voting eligibility, contribution recognition, or platform enforcement.
PVERSE may freeze, restrict, reset, suspend, or remove guild functions where abuse, manipulation, payment abuse, instability, or security concerns are detected.
Marketplace and User Transactions
The Platform may provide tools allowing users to list, acquire, exchange, or interact with virtual items, goods, cosmetics, resources, or internal assets.
Marketplace access may depend on account standing, trust score, security review, payment standing, participation history, anti-abuse review, or feature availability.
PVERSE may monitor, delay, review, cancel, reverse, remove, block, restrict, or suspend marketplace activity where activity is believed to be abusive, manipulative, fraudulent, technically invalid, or harmful to the Platform.
PVERSE does not guarantee uninterrupted execution, listing persistence, or error-free operation of marketplace systems.
Internal Banking, Deposits, Yield Participation, and Borrowing
The Platform may offer, test, or later introduce internal systems involving deposits, locked balances, storage mechanics, collateral recognition, internal borrowing capacity, repayment obligations, yield participation, or related mechanics.
These features, if available, are platform systems governed by platform rules and technical conditions.
Eligibility, participation, yields, collateral recognition, borrowing access, repayment rules, unlock rates, and restriction logic may change at any time.
PVERSE may suspend, limit, modify, delay, or terminate any such feature where necessary for security, anti-abuse, technical maintenance, payment integrity, or platform stability.
Trust Score, Anti-Bot, and Risk Controls
PVERSE may use automated and manual systems to evaluate account integrity, device continuity, login behavior, recovery patterns, session behavior, network-level signals, suspicious activity, payment signals, and related risk factors.
These systems may affect:
- feature access
- withdrawal eligibility
- marketplace access
- guild or voting eligibility
- reward treatment
- review, delay, restriction, freezing, or suspension of account actions
PVERSE may act on internal trust or anti-abuse signals without disclosing all detection logic, thresholds, heuristics, or enforcement methods.
You may not interfere with or attempt to circumvent these systems.
Crypto-Only Payments and Independent Payment Engine
PVERSE is a crypto-native platform.
The Platform does not support fiat currency payments. PVERSE does not accept direct fiat card payments, bank transfers, or other fiat-settled payment methods unless that changes in a future official notice.
At this time, platform payment flows are designed around cryptocurrency payment only.
PVERSE may use its own independent payment engine, wallet-linked payment infrastructure, address-based settlement logic, quote systems, internal allocation systems, and related transaction verification mechanisms to process supported crypto-native participation flows.
No Fiat Support
- no fiat currency payments are supported
- no fiat card charges are accepted directly by the Platform
- no fiat bank deposit relationship is created by ordinary platform payment flow
- no fiat custody relationship is created by ordinary platform payment flow
If third-party interfaces, wallets, processors, or user-side tools independently convert value before settlement, that does not mean PVERSE itself is supporting or accepting fiat payment.
Independent Payment Infrastructure
PVERSE may use independent platform settlement logic, internal payment routing, quote generation, verification engines, wallet-based settlement monitoring, risk checks, and transaction confirmation systems.
PVERSE may also use infrastructure partners, blockchain nodes, watch services, processors, or related technical providers while still operating the Platform’s own payment flow logic.
PVERSE may change supported chains, supported tokens, payment rules, minimums, confirmation thresholds, routing paths, or settlement treatment at any time.
Payment Finality and Settlement Review
Crypto payments may be subject to:
- quote expiry
- address generation logic
- transaction monitoring
- confirmation thresholds
- anti-abuse review
- chain-specific validation
- token and network matching
- internal settlement review
A transaction may be delayed, rejected, marked invalid, or excluded from participation if platform rules are not satisfied.
Fraud, Abuse, and Payment Integrity
PVERSE strictly prohibits:
- fraudulent payment behavior
- stolen-wallet or unauthorized wallet usage
- payment laundering
- fake transaction submission
- spoofed payment proofs
- intentional mismatched deposits
- payment-linked abuse of rewards, markets, guilds, or platform access
Brand Use, Fan Works, and Merchandise
The Platform, including its design, systems, branding, names, logos, graphics, interfaces, text, software, mechanics, visual identity, and related materials, belongs to or is licensed to PVERSE.
PVERSE may not yet have completed formal registration of all intellectual property rights in all jurisdictions. The absence of registration does not mean the Platform, brand, or original works are unprotected or free to use without permission.
Community and Fan Use
PVERSE generally allows good-faith community and fan use of certain brand and creative elements for non-deceptive activity, including:
- fan art
- commentary
- memes
- screenshots
- social media posts
- community pages
- guides
- videos and streams
- certain derivative creative works
- certain community-made goods or merchandise
Conditions for Permitted Use
Any fan use, derivative work, or merchandise use must not:
- falsely suggest official endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or authorship by PVERSE
- impersonate PVERSE, its operators, or official channels
- mislead users into believing a project, store, product, token, website, server, page, or channel is official when it is not
- use the PVERSE brand in connection with fraud, criminal conduct, scams, illicit goods, malware, violence, hate, exploitation, or clearly harmful behavior
- damage the PVERSE brand through deceptive, abusive, or clearly harmful presentation
Merchandise and Derivative Goods
PVERSE generally permits limited good-faith community merchandise, creator-made goods, and related derivative products, so long as they are non-deceptive, non-criminal, and not presented as official unless explicitly authorized.
Reservation of Rights
Except for the limited permissions expressly allowed here, all rights remain reserved by PVERSE.
User Content
If you submit, upload, post, publish, list, or otherwise make content available through the Platform, including usernames, display names, marketplace descriptions, guild text, media, or other materials, you should only do so if you are entitled to use and share that material.
By making content available through the Platform, you allow PVERSE to host, store, display, adapt, reproduce, moderate, distribute, and use that material for operating, securing, promoting, improving, and maintaining the Platform.
PVERSE may remove, moderate, restrict, or refuse user content at any time.
Fees, Allocations, and System Reserves
The Platform may apply internal fees, system allocations, reserve logic, treasury routing, marketplace charges, processor-related deductions, guild allocations, or other platform-level deductions as part of operation.
These may be used for platform sustainability, reserve structures, guild systems, reward pools, payment integrity, anti-abuse balancing, dispute handling, processor losses, infrastructure, or other internal purposes.
PVERSE may change such rules at any time.
PVERSE may display portions of internal allocation or reserve logic through platform dashboards or notices, but is not required to disclose all internal formulas, thresholds, methods, or operational logic.
Restrictions, Review, and Platform Intervention
PVERSE may suspend, restrict, review, freeze, delay, terminate, or permanently disable access to any account, balance view, guild function, marketplace feature, payment-linked feature, or platform system if it reasonably believes that:
- platform rules were violated
- abuse or fraud occurred
- botting or manipulation occurred
- deceptive or criminal conduct occurred
- payment abuse or risk exists
- technical security risk exists
- operational stability requires intervention
- the Platform, payment engine, or other users are at risk
PVERSE is not required to provide advance notice where doing so would compromise security, enforcement, investigation, payment integrity, or platform stability.
Availability and System Behavior
Platform systems are provided as evolving systems. PVERSE does not guarantee that every feature, payment path, marketplace flow, guild mechanic, or internal balance treatment will remain continuously available or unchanged.
Delays, interruptions, resets, rule changes, chain congestion, processor-side issues, infrastructure problems, bugs, exploits, or abuse by other users may affect how the Platform behaves over time.
Changes to Platform Terms
PVERSE may update these Platform Terms over time.
If platform structure, payment flows, access rules, balance treatment, marketplace behavior, or platform mechanics change, this document may also change.
